A Closer Look at PeopleBox's Innovative Solutions
The event kicked off with an opening speech by Barış Kürşat, Co-Founder of PeopleBox, who emphasized how PeopleBox adds value to the industry. Following this, Burak Alataş, Sales Manager, provided a detailed introduction to PeopleBox’s features, demonstrating how our platform streamlines business processes through a live demo.
During this interactive session, Burak Alataş showcased how PeopleBox’s innovative features can be integrated into business processes, giving participants an in-depth understanding of the solutions the platform offers.
The Talent Z Report: The Future of Talent Needs and Artificial Intelligence
In the second session of the event, Ezgi Kargan, Deputy General Manager of Product Management and Marketing at Kariyer.net, presented the “Talent Z Report.” In her talk, she shared key findings from Kariyer.net’s research, “25 Years of Talent in Turkey,” offering valuable insights into the career journeys, job preferences, and satisfaction of young talents versus experienced professionals.
“Young talents (0-3 years of experience) face challenges due to the mismatch between the education they received at university and the professions they pursue. This mismatch causes dissatisfaction for 37% of young talents, while 56% of experienced workers accept the situation more easily. Additionally, while 60% of employees are not working in their dream profession, job satisfaction increases as experience grows.”
Kargan highlighted that young talents tend to be more hesitant in their careers, while experienced professionals are more decisive. For new graduates, work-life balance and a fair work environment are top priorities, whereas experienced employees place more value on career development and benefits.
Ezgi Kargan also emphasized the importance of AI-powered systems in recruitment, pointing out that the accurate analysis and matching of talent will be a defining factor in the future of the workforce.
